If you’re doing an upgrade to your 120hp X3 to take it to the next level then this is what you need! Intercooler kit, charge tube kit with BOV, and OEM fuel pump! If you need a cat delete/downpipe, check out our exhaust section for all our options!

X3 High Volume FUEL PUMP Assembly

Beginning with the 2018 model year, Can-Am has upgraded the fuel pump assembly over the 2017 models. This upgraded pump assembly allows customers to run the powerful and further refined 2018 flashes. We have everything from pump gas to E85 tunes! Please note – you MUST run 2018-2021 ECU programming to run the newer fuel pump assembly. The vehicle will not run correctly without tuning.

RPM-SxS Can-Am Maverick X3 Silicone Charge Tubes Kit

A must-have upgrade for tuned or high-powered machines. This replaces the factory oblong tubes with kinks in them with our durable silicone heat-resistant, burst-resistant hose. The smooth free-flowing design reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency. We have added a boost reference port for the boost controller or any boost activated accessory along with a 25mm boost port. Stainless T-bolt clamps for the throttle body, intercooler, and turbo are included! Every charge tube kit comes with our billet/stainless boost reference port for your airbox/plenum should you decide to add our Blow Off Valve kit!

RPM SxS Big Core Intercooler

From mild to wild, this intercooler has you covered! A huge improvement over stock with its massive oversized core allows you to stay in peak power for longer and safer! Cooler IAT’s and less heat soak equal more power even on 91 octane and less chance of knock. When tested in our deserty sand conditions we were able to maintain up to 50* cooler IAT’s!

A great option for the 120hp guys upgrading to 170+ HP tunes that require the need for an intercooler!

-Giant deep dish, high volume 10″ fan that moves 1100 CFM.
-Tested to 60 PSI
-Retains factory intercooler cover!
-Uses factory or factory-style charge tubes such as the RPM-SxS Charge Tubes.

* This is oversized and requires the plastic edges of where your stock one lays to be slightly trimmed.

Depending on your route of tuning you may be able to utilize the factory Intercooler harness plug, otherwise, we offer a manual fan switch giving you control no matter what.

Add a Fan override switch here Can-Am X3 Fan override switch giving YOU full control of your Intercooler fan. The factory fan for the 120hp models will not turn on at all, the 154+hp models ONLY turn on under 80% load.
